More Freakin Power will do it's absolute best to ship your items as soon as your order is received and as quickly as possible. Once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained please allow up to 72 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships unless otherwise notified. Purchasing expediting shipping does not waive the processing time. Please be aware of all shipping times, holidays and delivery cut off dates when placing your order. Orders outside of the US- please be aware of any duty fees, VAT, currency exchanges and any exchange fees from your financial institution. MFP has no control over your government's fees or currency value. International orders may require additional processing time. MFP will choose shipping carrier and speed when free shipping is selected at checkout (free shipping for domestic customers only) Customer requests for shipping carrier and delivery speed may result in additional charges. Shipping delivery estimates are calculated by the shipper, not MFP. More Freakin Power staff has no control over any delays after the package has been received by the shipper. We will be happy to help you make a claim with the shipping company but MFP does not refund shipping costs for delays caused by the shipper.
45–Day Satisfaction Guarantee
MFP is a crew of fellow sledheads and snow junkies and wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you have 45 days within receiving your order shipped confirmation email to request a return or an exchange.
The MFP crew will do their very best to accommodate all exchange requests. While doing an exchange, you should purchase the new item that you want, yes, for a short amount of time you will have two charges, one for the new item, and one for the item you want to exchange. However, doing it this way ensures that your new item will ship right away.
If you elect to wait on the new item and you’re requesting a newer model/higher value item in exchange, the difference will be billed to you and must be paid prior to the new item being shipped. In the event you are requesting a sale model/lower value item in exchange, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you elect to wait for the new item, the new exchange item will not be shipped until the original item is received by MFP staff and determined to be in new/usable condition. If you elected to get a Flat Rate Return Shipping Label from MFP, the $8.99 fee will need to be paid before the new item ships.
$8.99 FLAT RATE RETURNS:
- Unlike our competitors, we don't call it "FREE RETURNS" and then charge a fee! There will be no upfront cost to the customer, MFP will provide you with a return shipping label at a flat rate cost of $8.99 (deducted from your return. USA orders only) unless the fault is that of MFP’s in which there will be no fee for the label.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of your order shipped confirmation email.
- You will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and a flat rate Return Shipping Label after you fill out the Returns Claim Submission form. Please allow up to 2 business days for the RA number and Return Label to be issued.
- Returns/Exchanges without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.
- Please include your Return Authorization Number either in or on your return package.
- Returns/Exchanges must be placed in the mail within 15 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted on all regular priced and select sale items (NOT Clearance Items).
- Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags still attached).
- Kindly use the original shipping carton and pack the item(s) securely to protect it from damage. Please do NOT use the manufacturer’s packaging for a shipping box.
- Damage occurring to an item due to improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If a More Freakin Power employee has to spend time cleaning your return; i.e., removing pet hair with a lint roller for an extended amount of time, or deorderizing an item that comes back with strong odors, you will be charged a cleaning fee at a rate of $25 an hour. The amount charged will be deducted from your refund total which will cause your refund to be lower than the original purchase price. If it is determined that your returned item cannot be returned to new condition, your return will be refused. At that time you can pay to have the item shipped back to you, or we will properly dispose of it.
All clearance items appear in the clearance category and are clearly marked “clearance item” on the product page. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
